I’m Caspar Kirsch
I’m an Experience Designer

Meaning, I create new products, services, and processes that offer a certain experience to the people who use them. For me, creative and innovative solutions are a result of an iterative and interdisciplinary process—not random gifts from nowhere. I believe in using a strict methodology that helps understanding people’s needs, creating new approaches, evaluating ideas, and providing a common language for the team.

I’ve studied Design at Fachhochschule Potsdam and worked at Volkswagen on new mobility services (MaaS/TaaS). I’ve been trained in User Experience Design, User Experience Research, Service Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Information Visualization, Typography, Typedesign, Design of Physical Interfaces, and Design Management.
